SHIPPING & RETURN
I just placed my order, when will it ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you.
Orders that contain sea moss gel have a 3-8 business day processing time (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) to prepare your order.
NOTE : Sea moss gels are ONLY shipped Monday – Wednesday to make sure orders do not remain in transit over the weekend.
Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
My shipping label has been printed but I haven't seen movement since then. Why am i not able to see the updates ?
Shipping labels are printed and sorted by date and category in advance for our fulfillment team. Don’t worry! We do not pack your order and let it sit until it’s shipped. Rest assured you will receive a fresh product every time you order.
Which couriers do you ship with?
We use UPS and USPS. Dry products can be shipped with UPS or USPS. Gel products are strictly shipped with USPS via Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days once mailed out.
NOTE : If you are purchasing sea moss gel please provide a physical address when entering your shipping address to prevent shipping delays or Return to Sender. No P.O Boxes
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed. (Please be sure to check your inbox and your spam folder). If you have not received your tracking number and it has been longer than 3-8 business days, please send an email to our customer support team at superseagems@gmail.com
My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I still have not received it. What do I do?
If your package has been marked delivered by the courier and you have not received your package, please contact us at superseagems@gmail.com within 24-48 or contact your local post office.
What are the steps I need to take if my order was damaged upon arrival or if items are missing from my order?
If you receive your order and your items are damaged, or you are missing items please send us an email at superseagems@gmail.com .
Your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received (applies to damaged items) and any necessary details.
Please contact us up to 24 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was delivered.
What is your refund policy?
To be eligible for a refund, return or an exchange your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, Superseagems does NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for Sea Moss Gel products in the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided due to a customer’s error. However, in most cases we work with our customers via email to fix the problem as your satisfaction is valuable to us.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees in the event that your package is marked undeliverable or returned to us by the courier due to an insufficient address.

Where is your sea moss sourced?
Our suppliers of Wildcrafted seaMoss derives from the spice island of Grenada. This is the trusted source and homeland of CEO of Superseagems. Our Seamoss is FDA approved and 100% natural. Seamoss harvesting is a task within itself, but the results are well worth the effort.
Divers will need to dive up to 5-20 feet deep depending on how much Seamoss grows in the area.They cut some off and leave some as its important to allow it to continue to reproduce and act as a natural habitat to the seas.
Seamoss is a golden brown hue, with traces of green as it comes out of the sea water. Daily exposure to the sun dries it up and then traces of a vibrant purple start to appear, the longer it is exposed to the sun the brighter the purple hue becomes and traces of natural sea salt starts to appear.
In order to achieve the golden Seamoss it has to be sun bleached a few times.
Can children take sea moss?
Absolutely! Children should only take 1 teaspoon of our sea moss gel once a day.

What’s the difference in the raw sea moss colors?
So sea moss naturally comes in color. The way the gold color is achieved is by drying it in the sun to “bleach” the color out. The full spectrum and royal purple naturally have more phytonutrients and antioxidants because of the color. However, they both have an abundance of minerals that sea moss offers.
SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
How long does the raw sea moss last?
Sea moss can last for one year or more if stored in a cool, dry place, like your kitchen cabinet.
How long does the sea moss gel last?
Sea moss gel must be refrigerated! Typically, sea moss gel lasts 2-3weeks.keep in mind that there are no additives or preservatives used in our products. If you order more than one pouch of sea moss gel, we suggest freezing what you aren’t using in order to extend the shelf life. Sea moss gel can last up to 6 months in the freezer!
As soon as you receive your gel, empty the amount you intend to use over 2-3 weeks in an airtight mason jar.freeze the rest until you're ready to use it! We freeze all gels before shipping and securely wrap them in an insulated mailer and added packaging. Gels should be used within 2-3 weeks

How can i purchase your sea moss gel, I am not from USA?
As much as we loved to, unfortunately we cannot ship the gels elsewhere outside the US as it will spoil. We do ship worldwide for all of our dry products.

Can I substitute Seamoss Gel for Seamoss Powder?
Yes you can! 1 tbsp of Seamoss Gel is equivalent to 1 tsp of Seamoss Powder.
What is the difference Between Gold Seamoss and Purple Seamoss ?
Purple is a high in antioxidant which combat free radicals in your body Gold is high in phytonutrients which play an important role in cellular communication. Purple is more potent as the gold has to go through a process of sun bleaching to reach that desired gold color.
Can I add Seamoss to each recipe?
The choice to add Seamoss is Yours! Seamoss takes the flavor of whatever it is cooked or blended with. It will only be Healthy Satisfying Delicious food!
