ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once you place your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you.
Orders that contain sea moss gel or sea moss soap have a 3-8 business day processing time (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) to prepare your order.
Orders that contain dry products such as raw sea moss or dry herbs have a 3-5 business day processing time (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays)
After your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been longer than 8 business days, please follow up with us at superseagems@gmail.com
Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at superseagems@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For a faster resolution your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received and any necessary details.
Please contact us up to 24 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was delivered.
LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ORDERS:
Offers the option to protect your package by purchasing Route. If your package has been marked delivered by the courier and you have not received your package, please contact us at superseagems@gmail.com within 24-48 hours and we will file a claim on your behalf.
If you have NOT chosen the option to protect your package using Route and it was marked delivered, you will have to file a claim directly with the courier on your own behalf.
CANCELLATIONS:
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label has been created. For orders outside of the United States, once your order has been packed and shipped, or if delivery was declined due to fees are not eligible for refunds. Refunds under claim will be processed once the claim is successful.
AREAS COVERED:
All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply to the contiguous United States only. However, we ship internationally. In addition, we cannot guarantee the specific prices for the customs/duty fees. Please know that we only ship herbs, raw sea moss.
